Eldrin Bell (Chairman), Sonna Singleton (Commissioner District 1), Gail Hambrick (Commissioner District 2), Wole Ralph (Commissioner District 3) and Michael Edmondson (Commissioner District 4)

Commissioners serve staggered terms of four years and elected by district. Electorate chooses full-time chairman. ACCG District 3.

Clayton County Board of Commissioners will consider an Ordinance proposed under the Home Rule Powers granted to Clayton County, Georgia pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Georgia of 1983. The Ordinance relates to the Clayton County, Georgia Public Employee Retirement System (Pension Plan) and allows married participants to name a beneficiary other than the participant’s spouse for death benefits under the Plan. First Reading at 7:00 pm on February 16, 2010 and Second Reading at 7:00 pm on March 2, 2010. Download Public Notice (pdf)
