The application procedure consists of the filing of a complaint or petition. There is no filing fee, but the court does assess a supervision fee in cases where juveniles are on probation or formal supervision. These fees may be used to purchase services such as counseling, educational programming, mediation services, or community services. Our source of funding comes from Clayton County and Federal Grants.
