Judge Simmons hears uncontested domestic matters each Monday morning at 8:45. Uncontested divorces may be scheduled on these calendars, provided plaintiffs have completed the Divorcing Parents Seminar (if minor children are involved), by contacting Judge Simmons’ office. He also accepts Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings, also provided plaintiffs have completed the Divorcing Parents Seminar.

Judge Simmons will NOT hear any custody issues at rule nisi hearings or on a bench trial calendar. Please contact the Judge’s office to schedule these matters on a custody calendar.
